Hygiene is a set of practices to stay healthy by maintaining cleanliness. According to world organization (WHO) “it’s the conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases.” Hygiene can maintain by the group level and personal level, personal level means personal hygiene it’s to maintain by personal body cleanliness.

Type of Personal hygiene:-

The personal hygiene include Regular bathing, trim nails, washing hand regularly, changing cloth, tooth hygiene, toilet hygiene.

a) Regular bathing- take a regular bath with soap helps to kill bacteria, rainse away dead skin cells, remove the oily from body. 

b) Trim nails- trimming nails once a week avoid spreading germs into a mouth and body. Short nails keep your body clean and avoid biting a nails.

c) Washing hand regularly- it’s called hand hygiene. Washing your hand offently atlest 20-30 second by an half an hour, germs is easily catch on your hand and its easily enter to a body by eye, nose, mouth, ear. Wash your hand after handling garbage, before eat food, before cooking, after touching any animals, and after sneezing.

d) Changing cloth- change a cloth once a day.

e) Tooth hygiene- brush your teeth twice a day, its help to avoid germs to go inside the stomach. Wash your teeth and mouth with figures after and before foods.

f) Toilet hygiene- wash your hand after use toilet, wash your hand with soap, under the nails, inside the figures, back side of hands, and dry the hand with towel. Use hand sanitizer also.

Clean the surrounding surface, bathroom, and classroom. It avoid the externals dirties, bacteria, germs to come inside the home.
