d) Orange- orange is important because of high vitamins C. it help boosting of immune system, improve skin and aid with heart health and cholesterol level. Eat orange quickly when its cut up because vitamins in it get destroy quickly with its cut.
e) Watermelon- its also good fruit cut develop immune system. 2 cup of watermelon has 270 mg of potassium, 25% of vitamin C and 30% of vitamins A. the body need to have a vitamine, nutrients, and component glutathione for proper immune system.
