Introduction.
They all come under Nigella sativa, it’s a small plant with pale purple, blue or white flowers that grows in western Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Black seeds also called Black caraway, kalonji, black cumin seeds, and black onion seeds. The black seeds took it orally to cure stomach problem and it’s also used externally for the treatment of eyes, nose, mouth, and inflammation of the skin such as rashes, bites, and sores. It’s only one type of seeds that has religious importance and Ayurveda as well.

- Take one teaspoon of black seeds on an empty stomach.
- Take a 100 gram of Black seeds and 100 grams of fenugreek seeds then combine both seeds, take one tablespoon to add it to 1 cup of water and take a small piece of jaggery and add it to the same cup of water, and add 3-4 drops of lime juice then add some drop of olive oil in it. Mixed it properly with all ingredients. Cover the glass and keep the whole night and drink in the early morning on empty stomach.
